Our Semi-Private Training sessions are a popular choice for many! With a cap of just 5 participants per session, you get the perfect balance of community, personalized attention, and a more affordable option compared to 1-on-1 personal training.

“I’ve been working out with Mook on and off for over 5 years. Even when I try doing other workouts or joining new gyms, I always came back to Mook. His Zoom workouts once Covid hit were a life saver for an exercise addict like myself. He will help you modify an exercise if you are a beginner or have an injury, but he will also call you out if he sees you resting a little too long or not using heavy enough weights! He’s also much more than a personal trainer, he is your hype man! Also, don’t be fooled when you think those 45 minutes were pretty easy - I can assure you that you will not be able to sit on hard surfaces tomorrow. Dogs, babies, and whatever else is running through your house is also welcome on these Zoom workouts so don’t let them stop you from joining!.”
